Consisting of six districts, i.e. Allerdale, Barrow-in-Furness, Carlisle, Copeland, Eden and South Lakeland; Cumbria is the north-western county in England. It was formed from the old counties of Cumberland, Westmorland, part of North Lancashire, and part of North Yorkshire.
