    • Check that the power supply is on. Here first you need to check the LED light of the monitor and see if it changes the color with switching on. If it blinks, it displays that the power to the monitor is available. Now follow the next step.
    • If the LED does not blink it means there is a problem with power supply to monitor and hence check the supply line as well as a cord. Also, check the power socket.
    • Check if the CPU gets power, if not check the power supply line. Also, try to connect CPU to another power supply line and changing of a monitor to it can also be of good help to determine if it is a problem with power or monitor.
    • In case still, the problem is there just change the power cord and try with another socket. If required change the power cord and try with another power cord.
    • If still, the monitor is not able to show any thing, connect it to another system where rest of the devices are working perfectly. So in the case of a problem with the monitor, you will be able to judge and let the expert know about the same.
  • After taking all these steps if there is a problem, it indicates that it is time to call an expert for help. As there can be a technical and complex problem, only an expert can resolve the issue at this stage.
